注意事项:
有眼病的人不能使用,戴隐形眼镜的话得先摘除隐形眼镜才可以使用,刚滴完眼药水的也不可以使用,户外的高温场所也不建议使用,另外,涂了不防水的睫毛膏也不能用,说不定会晕得一塌糊涂。

Return policy

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your MagieLog purchase, we do refund when we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.

  1. If you receive a wrong or broken item, we accept refund or exchange.
  2. Only full price products can be returned.
  3. Returns must be made within 14 days after your purchasing date.
  4. Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition and with your purchasing receipt.
  5. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return,also we are not responsible for any return shipping fees.

Please do contact us by emailing Customer service info@magielog.co.uk or Wechat customer service to state the reason why you want to return your product, once we reach a consensus,we will process your return application. Please do not return your merchandise before contacting us, otherwise, we won’t accept the return application and be responsible for any shipping charge.

  1. Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
  2. All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
